- Reservation Management and Service Provision:
Purpose: Processing, payment, stay management, and invoicing of services reserved through the booking engine.
Legal basis: Execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party, in accordance with Article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
Retention period: Your data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. Once concluded, the data will be duly blocked for the periods legally required by tax, commercial, and citizen security regulations.

- Customer Service and Contact:
Purpose: Management, attention, and response to requests, questions, suggestions, or inquiries sent by users through the enabled forms or contact channels.
Legal basis: Consent of the data subject expressly granted upon sending their request (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) and legitimate interest of the controller to adequately assist users (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Retention period: Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to resolve and respond to the inquiry, and subsequently for the limitation period of any potential legal actions derived therefrom.

• Financial entities: For the management of charges and payments guaranteed by credit/debit card. No international data transfers are made outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without adequate protection guarantees.
